Topics include product announcements, live demos, industry insights and best practices. Each webinar is about an hour long, followed by a short Q&A session.

To register for a webinar, please click on Register for webinar. After registration, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions from our Webinar coordinator on how to join the webinar/webex. Our webinars typically last 45-60 minutes. Space is limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.

Did you miss one of our webinars? That's not a problem with our on-demand Webinar Archive. If you missed one of our live events, you can review a recording here. These webinars cover a wide range of topics, and access is free with registration.


Webinar How-to's

HIE-in-a-Box™ Live! webinars feature online presentations by experts on key topics in Health Information Exchange (HIE).

Registration is required for each webinar. On registering, you will receive a confirmation email from our Webinar coordinator with webinar access informations into your Inbox, please check after sometime. Please register using the email of the person who will attend the webinar as the acess information is unique and cannot be shared or forwarded. If multiple persons from your organization plan to attend the webinar from different computers, each of them is required to register separately.

At the time of webinar, you will require internet access to view the  presentation on your computer monitor and listen to the presenters through your computer speakers. We recommend that you log in at least 10 minutes prior to event time. You may also dial in a phone line to access the audio. During the presentation, you can send in questions for the speaker using the dialog box on the right of your webinar/webex window.  If you prefer to ask your question verbally, click the "Raise Hand" feature on your window so we may unmute your phone line and allow you to speak.
